Seminar for Women Struggling with Addiction

In response to the many requests received from women seeking access to a specialized therapeutic process, we are pleased to announce the Second Edition of the Seminar for Women Struggling with Addiction, which will take place at Takiwasi in November 2026.

We propose a therapeutic process specifically designed for women facing addiction and dependency issues. The program includes ritualized work with the so-called “master plants” of the traditional Peruvian Amazonian medicine, used within a therapeutic framework to support the release of emotional blockages, the restoration of vital energy, and the awakening of inner spiritual resources. This process of self-exploration is carried out in a safe and controlled environment, with continuous medical and psychotherapeutic support.

The methods proposed promote deep work on the body, emotions, mind, and spirit through a combination of techniques and activities aimed at physical and psycho-emotional detoxification. The process encourages greater self-awareness, inner transformation, life reorientation, and the discovery of personal strengths and resources.

The seminar is intended for motivated and autonomous women who acknowledge having a dependency problem and who are willing to follow the dietary and energetic rules associated with the plant sessions, including abstinence from drugs and sexual activity (including masturbation) throughout the process. All activities will be led by the therapeutic team of Takiwasi.
