Basic principles
No medicines are used (except in emergencies) nor any methods which are not voluntarily accepted by the patient for his treatment. Human rights are respected, as soon as the religion. Any patient is interned or retained against his own volition.
The minimum time of treatment for interned patients is between 9 and 12 months, without any contact to see their relatives the first three months.
