Registration and booking

• Register directly at TAKIWASI Takiwasi Center
• Requisites: inscription file, clinical file and motivation letter

We ask for a medical history a form which we will be giving you accompanied by a motivation letter. In this letter we ask you to include a short letter describing the reasons attending the seminar and previous personal experiences (mystical experiences, participation in a religious group, meditation, diverse techniques, use of psychoactive substances). Please also let us know about any serious medical, psychological or drug dependency problems you may suffer from.

Payment of a 30% of the total cost. It can be made by cheque, giro or in American dollars payable to Takiwasi (in Peru) . When you send a giro in Peru, you must send a copy of it by fax to Takiwasi.

Takiwasi will be sending you the acceptation of your participation after checking the medical history and the motivation letter and after receiving the payment of a 30% of the total cost. Ask for more information if necessary.

The rest must be paid three months before the beginning of the seminar in Takiwasi.
